Job Hunting Advice, Once Every 4 Months

I know you have all been on the edge of your seats since October. Well here it is, my first job hunting advice of 2010:

1) It's always important to spell-check and grammar-check your job hunt emails, but it's particularly important (for reasons that should really be self-evident) if you are inquiring about internet data entry jobs.

Emailed we received today:

Subject: enquirry

Dear Sir/Madam

I here by request you if you the internet data entry as a part time work at home online. If you have it then please inform so that i apply that?

XXXXXXXX

2) The rest of this email was fine, but the first paragraph was...problematic.

Dear Hiring Manager -

I believe that my background, interests and skills combined with bringing a fresh degree of Prioritization, Organization and Functionality to the table would make a great match for a marketing position...
